UBB.classic Version 6 Assistance

I'm using version 6.5.0. When someone clicked the "Register" link, it took them to a page that had a form that would Email their name and email address to the webmaster. How does the webmaster then ADD the new user to the BBS????? I am t

Ask if he is using google webmaster tools and if so, ask him to download the table for your links. It will give you the url's so you can find them.

Yea, sorry forgot to mention that. When originally submitted it only parsed the 10 when submitted the remaining ignored. It would need to edit so it would pic up the new setting.

Thanks Gliderdad. That worked. I did have have to go into the thread and edit body, before the IMG settings would take effect. Thanks!!!

Control Panel » Display Options » Post/Reply Page Options. Default is 10 Quote: Post Image Limit How many images are allowed to be inserted in a post. This applies to [IMG] bbcode tags only. Any images past the limit will not be parsed

I am using photobucket links to show pictures on one thread. However, UBB is only allowing the first several pictures to show. (Look at the bottom) I'm I missing something? Have I exceeded a permissions limit? CLICK HERE

Do your forums have a lot of ad's or does your site set a lot of cookies? Usually when I hear issues like this it's because a lot of cookies have been set and the login cookie gets deleted to make room.

It could be a bad cookie, delete it in your browser not via the forum. If you are using Internet explorer 8 and up there is an issue. I believe SD said it will be addressed with the next version, I don't remember off the top of my head
