Description

I wanted to see if I could upload straight from the camera. Each file was around 2 megs. I see the preview is only for the text, not the images? After submitting I do not see the images, only a link to one of them but clicking on the link shows only blackness. Is this a bug?

ScriptKeeper old hand Registered: 12/09/06 Posts: 971 Loc: UK	No, I'd say your files were too large. I've requested Max File Size information to be displayed when uploading files but it obviously isn't visible and I don't know where you can find this info on the current UBB.

ScriptKeeper old hand Registered: 12/09/06 Posts: 971 Loc: UK	That's dependent on Admin settings. I think that it's currently set that you can't delete the first post in a thread, only edit it. What I do in this case is click Edit, delete the post's content and then use the Notify option and ask a moderator to remove it.

Morley stranger Registered: 02/22/08 Posts: 14	I forgot about the time limit.:-/ I'm not trying to be nit picky but I am about to implement the gallery feature for the first time and I'd like the experience to be easy so I don't have to answer a bunch of questions like the moderators here. ;-)

ntdoc Registered: 11/08/06 Posts: 3146	Actually I think it is the "file format". Gizmo had the same issue as I recall trying to load a direct camera image. Try saving it with an image editing program and post again. If I'm correct it should load just fine.
