I recently got a new server setup. When viewing the forums they come up blindingly fast on this machine, but when I do a post, it takes over a minute for it to show up. Here is my configuration:

Dual 500MHz Pentium III processors
1GB Main memory
1 18.2GB Ultra Wide SCSI
Windows 2000 Advanced Server
Enhanced Business DSL line - (384k upstream, 1.5mb down)

This problem is showing up with even only one person logged into the board, so I am sure it is not a bandwidth problem. Any suggestions?

This has often turned out to be an issue with permission settings in IIS5. I'm going to ask you to use the support ticket system for further support for this issue - the folks there will be able to recall how to fix it better than I can.
