Hey, I HAVE trawled through as many posts as I can to resolve my problem. I have entered the general settings about a million times because I keep getting a user name password error message.

Im using ****** ****** and making sure its in the right case.

Can you take a look?

I removed your admin username and password so that you did not find yourself with a trashed installation or a rogue Admin on your hands.

We have far newer versions in the Members Area availabe to license holders whose Access is current which may help you with what I suspect is an Absolute path problem. Check VERY carefully to make sure that your absolute path to your Members Folder is correct. Older versions as you are running did not always get the path correctly on some servers.

What OS is this on? Have you edited the cplinks.html file so that everything is pointing to the right places?

You can use the one that comes default with the installation, but we removed it from showing here for security reasons... You don't want to post that info publicly.

Probably the easiest thing for you to do at this point would be to put in a support ticket so we can take a closer look. Feel free to attention it to me
