.....AAAAAAAAAAAA! Sorry, it's just that I am SO FRUSTRATED right now! This is killing my brain! Okay, 1 step at a time...
1) I downloaded the freeware UBB
2) I followed the Infopop Installation Guide until step 8.
3) It says to click on "General Settings" in the control panel.

But when I do, the window says: "The Page Cannot Be Found" and "The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

Not only that... ALL the links say that. I followed and double checked everything carefully. WHAT'Z THE PROBLEM??

1) Post the URL to your cp.html
2) Check your host's documentation to be sure you are placing the files in the proper directories and that you are allowed to run custom scripts.
3) Be sure you edited the BASE HREF in the cplinks.html file and no other part of the file.

2) It's a darn freeware site, I don't think they give documentation.

Maybe you did what I did..... edited the line they showed.. and not correct line (a couple more lines down, that does not have the URL entered yet)
((I replaced the mydomain.com with MYdomain))
took me forever to figure it out ..

I did that too and fixed it but it still doesnt work

1) It would help us troubleshoot and diagnose several possible issues at once, without having to guess what's wrong on limited information.

2) Even freeware sites do have basic info on their perl implementation and possible limitations of use.

3) It never hurts to doublecheck...
