Broken Image in Netscape

Hi,

I have a problem with the forum homepage. The HTML for the page includes an image tag with an empty SRC attribute (SRC=""). On Netscape this causes a broken image to appear. There is a link for the image that goes to the open new topic page. It doesn't seem like this image or link belong on this page.
