Whenever I try to goto General Settings it says "The page cannot be displayed".

Please keep your posts to this thread so you will not have answers all over the board.

Your cplinks.html file is not edited properly. Look for the line that is:
<BASE HREF="">

Change it to:

<BASE HREF="http://sjs2001.virtualave.net/cgi-bin/">
or wherever your cgi files are.

It is below the line that starts with < !--

After you do that, you will get a 'forbidden' error that probably means the cgi-bin directory is not set to 755. Recheck all of your permissions as outlined in the instructions.

If you followed the NT instructions, you did not install corectly as virtualave has Unix servers. Use the Unix instructions and set the directory and file permissions.
