I emailed
support@infopop last night & again today. I also sent an email to
kristi@infopop.com, who had helped me yesterday morning (from the first support email I sent on Monday night).
I'm trying to get my isp's support guys on it but I hear the "main" guy is currently unable to be contacted (car problems & power outages in his neighborhood) - so the story continues.
I gotta go & take some more blood-pressure medicine :^)
