When I click on General Settings, it gives me all text. I set the permissions to read, write, and execute for all files in the cgi folder. Still doesn't work.

I also tried the cgi to perl mapping, just in case that was a problem. But it was already mapped.

Can anyone shed some light onto this problem?

Yeah, the server just went down. Someone is working on it. I got that fixxed though, but I have run into another problem.

When I try and register a member, it tells me that it is upgrading memberships.

And when I try to run ubb_test.cgi, I get this:
