Here is the error on the forum main page
So I decided, oops bad thing better set it back, but now I can't set anything in the control panel, I get this error:
[Wed Oct 24 13:17:43 2001] C:Web Sitesforumcp.cgi: Bareword found where operator expected at C:/Web Sites/forum/vars_display.cgi line 33, near "q~

Can't find string terminator '"' anywhere before EOF at C:/Web Sites/forum/vars_display.cgi line 33.
The forum is all messed up now I'm hoping if I set the settings back to what they were I can fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like your vars_display.cgi file has been corrupted - you will need to upload a new copy from the zip file, then reset your General Display Settings.
