I would REALLY like to see this bug squashed in an update. Please release a fix for it.

1. Post a message (user)
2. Log on as ADMIN, Edit Post, Delete Post.
3. Click on Today's Active Topics

It's there in the list. You click on it, and it says: You have requested a topic that does not exist!

The problem is we have deleted it, and if it contains inappropriate material, a duplicate posting, or something that we don't want people to see, they still see the topic and subject in the list all day long.

Please fix this.

Thank you very much.

1. The Moderator does not have access to rebuild the indexes

2. The user who may have deleted their own posts does not have access to rebuild the indexes

3. I should not have to take the board down to rebuild the indexes everytime this happens.

Would really rather have a fix to this bug soon, that would help. If anyone knows a modification to the perl, I can add it myself. Seems like it just is not calling an update function to the indexes when the post is deleted.

Thank you.

This almost sounds like a caching issue. If you login to the CP, Maintenance -> Clear Cached Pages, choose the 4th box only and submit, this will work around until the issue can be fixed.
