When clicking on edit, to edit a post. The FAQ area shows instead. There is no way to edit or delete the post.

I am the owner. When I click on a post to open it, and click on the edit button, instead of being able to edit posts, I get the FAQ page instead.

Have you edited the scripts at all? Honestly I don't even know how that's possible. The link to editing a post is built in showflat and showthreaded. May need you to open up a support ticket on this.

the scripts are fresh, unedited ones... I am stumped as to how it happens too. The server setup is a little unusual, tho I have no idea if that's what the problem is.

If you right click on the edit link and look at the properties is it an actual full link to the faq or is the link somewhat mangled?

After poking around a bit it just looks like the contents of editpost.php has actually been overwritten by faq.php. Or at least that's what it appears. Unless there is some magical redirect going on there.

That's really odd.. it still shows the full link to the edit screen, but the contents of the faq page

ok, uploaded the editpost.php file again and this time it works. I kept a copy of the old one tho and you are right, it has the faq.php as its content

I ran across this more than once with other files in the upgrade.... something is seriously screwy with the setup there.
