Did you run though the install script or did you just upload all the files and copy your old config files over as I suggested. It sounds like your main.inc.php didn't get copied over if you did the latter. If the path in main.inc.php isn't setup properly it can't include ubbt.inc.php which results in the error.

Have it running now, did the reinstall...
