Actually 39 isn't a duplicate, the DROP INDEX line is:

DROP INDEX w3tPostsindex2

???

Should that be the same as step 37's:

DROP INDEX {$config['tbprefix']}Postsindex2

?

Way back when the prefix for the index was harcoded, so we needed to drop that one as well as the real prefixed one
