I have a couple of users who get a "We cannot proceed" error when they try to preview a reply. I thought I saw something on this before, but I couldn't find it. I know one of the users has Windows XP with AOL 9.0. My board is running 6.5.4 with PHP 4.3.10 and MySQL 4.0.18 under MacOS X 10.4.7.

Any suggestions?

Are they able to reply/post at all or is it just on preview?

they might have a firewall blocking your site, you can ask them to add your site to their safe site list in the firewall software settings
