Would it be possible to move the "Reply to this message" button to the header area, maybe on the right side? At least in flat mode? It's a nightmare reading in flat mode right now, having to scroll past a dozen "Reply to this message" buttons each taking up a big chunk of space.

Hmm, there would have to be room for the Reply and the Edit button. Where do you think they should go? Below the Posted from IP? Or I could get rid of the table that holds the 2 images, and just move them up, right below the post. I agree that it is a waste of space, but I need to find a spot for them that will look clean.

Well, you could shrink it down to "Reply" and "Edit" and it'd fit on the right side just fine. Or use icons instead (like UBB).

Otherwise, below the rest of the header stuff is best. I really think to the right of the header stuff is the best though. I think "Reply" and "Edit" or "Edit Message" get the point across.

Ok, I moved them over to the right side. Didn't change the images though. Does this seem to work ok?
