I thought a maderator needs more features. Like their own Vote on the top of the board, they can manage a board's favorites messages so that the others could read those being posted in the past when they get in a board and do not worrying about these great opinions being purged by w3t.
and... they can post a news flash on the top of the board they moderated. blah.. blah...
