I really love the WWWThreads, but WE CAN'T TOGETHER after the supported mySQL version was out
is it possible to make a non mySQL version for someone who can't use mySQL??

benben, you'll need to use version 2.8, which is a little behind with the features, but will work almost anywhere you can put a CGI script. Version 2.8 is still quite good, but I'll just make it clear that a lot of features are missing from it. It is possible to get WWWThreads to work with other SQL servers, check the Porting board for info on that.

I really understand why WWWthreads needed to use mySQL, and i agreed, mySQL makes it much faster to read the database, BUT! there're still not so many ppl can enjoy it....3x version
i don't have any UNIX or Lynix account in my ISP, i only have accounts which in some free hosting company ( virtualave.net, virtual 9..)with supported CGI's virtual host servers, i still can't find any supported mySQL's "FREE" hosting server...
i have already using 2.8 version.....but i have already loved the newest version of WWWthreads 3.x.x ( much more powerful and look much much better)
i hope that the non mySQL 3.x.x will be out later or ENHANCE non mySQL 2.8 version out later
and hope some free hosting company will be support mySQL as soon as possible....
