add more functions to support ICQ users
Let anyone able to see the Posted user is online/offline in the USER LIST

add a icq pager button which beside email button (display the user is ONLINE or OFFLINE and possible pager her/him by this button)

add a button for "reply by ICQ pager" likes reply by email's function
