I'd like to suggest adding a user's Icons / Avatars to the listing of names when you look at the User List in UBB.threads. From a User standpoint, it shows a lot of color and variety. From an Admin viewpoint, it's a quick and easy way to view all the Icons for ones that need to be "managed."
