Hello

I have recently tried to upgrade from 6.2.1 to 6.7.1. As the server only allow SFTP transfer I transfered the ZIP file and extracted the contects using "unzip -a", copied all the files as instructed in the Upgrade docs (triple checked file permission, ASCII Mode and perl path).

Tried to launch the Control Panel and get:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request . . . .

Looking at the log files I get:

[Fri Jul 23 12:21:33 2004] [error] [client xxxx] Premature end of script headers: cp.cgi, referer: http://www.bharat-rakshak.com/cgi-bin/cp.cgi
[Fri Jul 23 12:21:33 2004] [error] [client xxxx] Undefined subroutine &UBBCGI::Carp::longmess called at /var/www/cgi-bin/Modules/Error.pm line 130., referer: http://www.bharat-rakshak.com/cgi-bin/cp.cgi

Please help!

Upload your /cgi-bin/Modules from your zip.

It is possible that the files are not being overwritten. You might want to nuke your Modules directory, and upload a fresh one from your zip. It might actually be good to grab /cgi-bin/Modules from the Full Install Zip to be sure you have all of the necessary modules.
