When you say "we have been unable to open the board" - what steps have you taken to open it?
Try this...
Go to your control panel, and from Primary Settings menu, choose "Miscellaneous Settings". On that page, the first option will be the status of the board - just toggle it to "Messageboard is OPEN" and then scroll to the bottom of the page and hit "Update".
That should fix it. If not, you'll need to fill out a
support ticket so we can look closer.
