We just upgraded from 547 to 6.1.04, and moved to a new server....

Error encountered when trying to rate a memer....

What could be cause?

Some file and directory permissions were not set correctly during your move.

The above error is pointing to a permission problem with the the file located at /var/www/cgi-bin/ubb/Members/user_raters/00000227.cgi

Make sure the Members directory and everything under it have their permissions set to 777. This includes subdirectories and files.
