We've had two threads in the past week do this.

When a post is edited, by either a moderator or and administrator (not by the member), the thread attaches to another thread. It borrows the title of the second thread. It takes over the thread, and we have had to repost the "missing" thread from browser cache. If edited thread is 5696, the overtaken thread is 5697.

Has only happened since the upgrade to 6.1.04.

Forum indexed after first time, on 1-18, but "missing" thread not there after index.
