Some of my members tried to get into their profile but couldn't. Instead they got this message

[/QUOTE]I went to /home/kafeneio/apopsi-www/cgi-bin/Members/pm_users/00000084.cgi and the file size was 0 so I deleted it and the member could get into her profile section but her provate messages were missing.


2 questions.

Why did this only happen to 3 members and not all of them

Also is there any way that I can retrieve their private messages as they are all quite anxious.

I'm not sure what causes this to happen.

We're currently developing a utility that will rebuild the user's PM inbox file and will delete any corrupt PMs - it should be released before Feb 18th (6.2.1's release date)
