ISEs rarely mean perl isn't properly mapped.
Are the ISEs random, or do they appear constantly when performing a certain action / during a certain time of day? When they appear, do they take a while to do so (as if the server was doing something, then stopped to give the ISE), or do they appear immediately after the request is made, without delay?
Why are you using 6.02?
