I've upload my forum from 6.1.x to 6.2 and this is the final result:

Verify the following:

1. That the files you uploaded had the right path to Perl in the top line of the scripts (if you're on a Windows server this won't matter)

2. Your permissions are set correctly

If that still doesn't fix it, fill out a ticket and we'll take a look.
