How do I change the Markup in an already existing post?

I have enabled Markup for the forum in the Control Panel, but I don't get the Markup selection in the post when I Edit it (as in when creating a post).

However, when I post a new post in the forum I get the Markup selection...

I am not allowed to change the markup in an already existing post?
