It appears that the forums are now 13 hours behind the server, since I upgraded to 7.0.1 .. I do not remember this problem before the upgrade, so I'm thinking this is forum related? If so, I can't find where to set the time in the admin control panel of the forums.

Forum default:
Admin panel -> display options -> general -> date & time

Please note, that this can be set in the user profile too ...
