1. How do I add a header (for site logo)
2. Is there any way to control width of the forums? how
3. Is it possible to have a page background and body background similar to VB?

1. Control Panel -> Display Options -> General -> HTML Includes Tab
2. Control Panel -> Display Options -> General -> Primary Tab, General Options Section, "Table Width: (all screens)"
3. UBB.T7 uses css to determine styling on the forum, just about any section one could want to add something to can be found in the style editor.
