You might need to set $search_friendly to 0 in each of the scripts to disable the search engine friendly style URLs if those are causing a problem.

Arg...

Rebooted the server just to double check and make sure everything would come up okay on it's own when or if a reboot was needed in the future and now the board does not come up.

the links brings up a completely blank page and no errors in Event Viewer.

The last thing I was doing before the reboot was trying to delete some styles from Control Panel, but they would not delete.
 

Well PHP is working and MySQL appears to be working but no UBB Board.

Is it possible the Styles delete actually deleted some config file or something? It didn't seem to delete the styles and the board was working and now it's not.

Need some ideas on where to check, otherwise I'm going to have to start all over and put the old board back and then upgrade again. That SUCKS.
 

Well not sure what broke, but my automated backup script allowed me to restore the site to before it broke.

All is now working again.
