where to change location info on form

i'm trying to change the registration form where it asks for location. My site is a state site so in parentheses I want it to say (town, state) instead of (state, country). Please let me know where to locate this. Thanks.

Control Panel > Languages > Language Editor > editbasic.php > PROF_LOC

(If you ever wanna change wording like that, just search the Language Editor and it should come up)
