Maybe we could use one, where known/proven issues could reside until they're resolved. Could cut down on questions, AND, could be easier (for Rick) to check what's left to fix. The current Bugs forums could remain as, like, a weighing station for proposed bugs...

Just a 2¢ idea. $;\)$
