Hehe, yeh; I've had that happen at my site; the user got a swift boot from my site and several of his other favorite forums (as I alerted the owners of the users crude activities and sample posts and they didn't want them around)...

Micky notice the following problem with Threads 7.1:
The forum general work slower with IE7. If he usae Firefox 2 the forum is faster. Rick already give the answer that he notice different query times between this browsers and will take a look into the cache system.
