How do I display avatars, reply buttons and all to guests without giving the guest any write/reply permissions.

It seems my forum is "naked" without all buttons, avatars, quote, reply buttons and I want my visitors to see all that without them loging in.

Someone please help if I somehow missed how to get this set.

As it is right now, I'm pretty sure you can only "see" what you have permission to use...

I don't think it'd be terrible, however, to actually show most of those things to non-members. It'd basically give "you're not logged in" errors which is a good encouragement for people to sign up IMHO.

I have decided to create my own templates by playing and re-arranging the existing ones.

Would someone kindly tell me the tag for "username" or "profile" so that I can link that to an icon on the topic page.
