Portal date
i'm making a dark style sheet and ive been going in circles
trying to fix a Date colour on the Portal Front Page

A light colour was coming through (not as expected)
And blending with the header bar.

I resolved this by visiting,
Misc. Properties, .date,

and deleting the color listed.
Now it shows dark as expected.

may help someone smile

-----------
Now i'm looking to bring back the grid on the calender,
and the red has gone missing frown

The view you can see below,
is in the my watched topic list.
The problem is that i cant find the correct setting,
to make the links "blue".

Ive highlighted a link that blends in with the background completely.
Help ? I need all links to be blue smile

I have some problems with the grid lines too smile As I find out they are no lines but background from body and space between two objects so it appears to be a line. I goues nut to find it out.

After I know this I can change the color but I was not able to modify the 'line width'. I cannot find out what to modify to get more space.

Its all a little bit different from threads 6.5 ...

I need to modify the style editor a bit so you can specify link colors for the tabs.

As for the spacing. If you are using the standard tablewrapper, you can edit that and the grid thickness is set by the cellspacing property in the inner table, if that makes sense. It's definitely different than 6.5, but should be alot more flexible in the end.

Ah, the wrapper ... I forget them. Thanks for pointing me to this. I start to like the new style editor and how styles work in ubb7.

As you see I finish my first layout. But I cant find out why t_inner and t_outer looks different in Firefox and InternetExplorer6. Its to your default stylesheet the same problem. In FF we have a thin white line between two other lines and in IE the thin white line is gone. I like the white line smile

Ive just tried the above, but i still dont know where to
control the colour of the "Grid Lines"?
I'm going through it changing one thing at a time.
With out luck:(

I got the grid lines to show smile
This is a temp fix for me.

My island calendar is on the left so,
Left/Right Column Properties,
.leftalt-1
Add the following.
border: 1px solid #your colour;

Its a quick fix i wont be keeping.
Unless i add the same to the rightalt-1?

But now i have to find where to make grid lines
in the main calendar?

Hopefully Rick would make a style sheet options
for them smile
I cant see anyone not using it, The calendar that is.

Good news that the link tabs will be sorted smile

Fire Fox does not support Table Borders which
i recently found out to my horror.

I had to re do my website tables border='0'
--------------------------

Would you be adding any addtions style boxes
for the calendar's ?

Is it possible to add comments into the syle boxes
with out cocking it all up?
#this does the blar blar

the color of the grid'lines' are the same as the body background color because they are no lines but only space.
