I searched this forum for "the answer", but only found a lot of "try this" and "try that" ... has anyone got this to work for A Windows 2003 box, and if so .. what do I need to do?

I'm not sure if your version of PHP has this option, but if php is running as a cgi, there is a setting in php.ini that can be changed to make sure PATH_INFO returns a value:

cgi.fix_pathinfo =1

That did it man! Woo!
