I just had the new UBB installed (from Classic) and some of my member's stats are screwed-up. They're upset because some of them are "newbies" instead of "old timers". \:\)
- is there a way to change the number of posts in a profile?
- even if I change the member's status, it doesn't stick and gets reversed by the number of posts in the profile...
?

thx!

There is an option to force new post titles
or keep origanls, i think its in the same place
that you customise the posting titles.

I think if you run that they should all settle.

thx, Mark, but when I change the members title, it's gets reversed at their next post to the status dictated by the number of posts they have in the system.
Maybe it has to be a small hack into the member's profile so I can change the # of posts...?

You could always update the post levels then use the reset

thanks guys... but none of this does the trick... I need to access an individual member's stat/script so I can change the number of posts.
Where are the members scripts located?

You would have to change their post count in the sql for that member.

Can you be more specific as to where that particular part of the sql is located? I don't want to screw anything up.

Sorry about the hand-holding but I am a total newbie when it comes to sql.

Thanks,
Y.

I believe its the USER_TOTAL_POSTS field in the USER_PROFILE table.
