I have seen a swahili language pack SOMEWHERE for a forum

was it classic? or perhaps someone knows of a forum software that has this?

I'm not really sure that I've ever see one, but interesting enough... UBBDev merged with ThreadsDev a while back, so all of the old languagepacks should be on UBBDev.
