I just got warned by one of my users that the product Trend Micro "PC-cillin Internet Security" pops up a warning when visiting my forum (http://www.2aforum.com)

"dangerous site" and "hacking/proxy avoidance"

Anybody know anything about this?

Tell them to try here to see if they get the same thing; it could be anything honestly, likely some keyword.

it seems to mean that Trend Micro has labeled your site as dangerous. Might want to drop a dime and ask them why.

I'd first try removing the scrolling ticker and the gabber island just to see if something in them was tripping it.

I'm not a trend micro user, never have used it, so it's hard to give an answer based on a program I've never used.

Yeh, thats what i figured Dave, hence wanting him to have the user test here to basically show it was/is his site.

I've just put UBBCentral into SiteAdvisor and it passed.

I left a comment for them... They flagged a tool twice for having trojans in it, it's a keylogger than one of our members wrote years ago... We're running a security community, and I can say for certain their tests are done on a signature scan which is complete bs lol

No, the flagged a keylogger as a trojan; if anything they should have flagged it as a hacktool/keylogger.
