Who's Online reloads every minute in spite of the fact I have it set for three minutes.

Is this a bug?

The cache time is set through the cp, however the data displayed I believe is always shown live (as is) and I believe theres a refresh in the page hardcoded to reload every 60 seconds.

I believe that the caching however is the only item that is setable, and only for the content island for the whos online system.

Is there a way to change the reload time?

Right now you'd need to edit the scripts/online.inc.php script. On about line 339 you'll see where it reloads every 60 seconds.

Yes, eventually that will find it's way into the CP.
