Classic cgi file coming up blank

OK I put the url of our new location of threads into the redirect cgi file to go in the classic folder ---- and it is just coming up blank. Totally white screen, nothing appearing.

Any ideas?

What does the error log show?

Make sure permissions are set to 755 on the file.
