Not 100% sure but figure it is due to old files left on the server but if I go here:

http://www.hostboard.com/LDPforum/ubbthreads/login.php?Cat

Boom it goes.
What files can I safely remove from the ubbthreads/ directory or forums/ for those configured differently?

Seems some users saved this to their favorites and think the site is down...laff...

Looks like a path error to me - in the errors you get the word hostboar instead of hostboard.

Possibly?

I am hosted under a VPS so that is the "named" directory of that domain.

There will be quite a few people that have some odd files bookmarked. The default redirectors will cover most of them, but for cases like this they are trying to go to your old login script from 6.5 or prior. What you could do is just replace the contents of that login.php script with a simple redirect to the new login script:

ie:
 Code:
<?php

header("Location: http://www.domain.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=login");

?>
