For some reason, even though the original classics settng was 20 topics displayed per page, and the setting I have on threads is 20..... on importing all my data, everyone seems to be on 10 per page by default.

Confusing.

Anyway 10 isn't many so is there any way I can change that?

User preferance; have the users who don't want this edit their preferances (My Stuff -> Preferances) and change what they want the limit to be...

The overall limit only effects new users and guests.

Yes I know they can change it themselves I was just hoping I could change it for them so to speak as it looks a little strange. Seems curious why it is 10 when even on the Prefereces form it says "Default is 20" (!)

It makes perfect sense; the default is 10, you imported, at a default of 10; so it assigned them all 10 ;)...

"Who's Online" - even though 20 registered users logged in (and "visible") only 6 showing on the Who's Online island. Is that fixed to a max of 6, and if so can we change that so that everyone appears on that list?

Drop these (one at a time) into the database tools/command section of your UBB:


Be sure to replace forums_ with whatever your database prefix is.

It could lead to preformance issues, but just change the limit in the cache_builders/whos online file (you'll have to download the file and update it manually)
