Currently, if you want to be notified of new registrations you have to have the Moderation Queue enabled.

Admins will have the option to be notified of new registrations ( like the old UBB.classic used to do ) in the next version 7.2

I'd vote against this, for the sheer fact that the user password is contained in the document which would be a security issue (and would completely invalidate the reason we MD5 passwords in the database).

However, I would vote for the ability to be alerted that users have registered with just their name.

Well, we did work this out, by removing the "If" statement around the Admin Sendmail, in adduser.inc.php. It doesn't send the password, just the user profile.
