Thanks Gizmo. In the end it went very smoothly. I think our first problems (the error messages) were as a result of having used the forum for testing, configuring, and modifying BEFORE importing the database. Luckily we'd saved all our changes - and installed a clean instance and database, and didn't have a problem.

We went live today, and our users love it!
