None of my icon buttons work inside this square. When I click on bold, underline, email, etc..., it shows correct when I click "preview post", but it doesn't post that way when I click submit. When I click "submit," it post with the ubbcode!

I know I have html turned off.

First thing to check is to make sure if you're posting as an admin on your forum is that you're posting with ubbcode enabled, as you have the option to turn that on/off while posting if you're logged in as admin. Also, you'll want to make sure you have ubbcode enabled on the forums if you want your users to be able to post with it.
