Problem with Redirect Script

I can get ultimatebb.php to redirect fine, but ultimatebb.cgi just brings up a blank white page.

I've been searching old posts here, but any tips?

delete (or comment out) the status lines in the redirector

The reason for this "error" is that some (well, most that i've delt with) servers send a redirect with cgi scripts on their own, so trying to send two it just kinda chokes $;\)$
