Ok I am not all that hip with the tech stuff.

A few questions:

Under the heading content management in the control panel I see RSS feeds.

I click on it and see every forum has a url with RSS

For example

http://www.freaksforum.com/forum/cache/rss28.xml

Do I use that to submit to RSS sites?

Also what are good RSS sites to submit to?

Next question:

Can I join an RSS feed and have it automatically post in a forum?

If so how would you do it?

I'm not sure, some people have mentioned feedburner but I myself don't like them because they add their own ad's to your feed (that they display to users).
