Seemingly overnight, all threads/posts at the subforum index are indicated as unread (new), when they aren't. Visiting any of the subforums confirms that they aren't new.
I've tried deleting cookies, clearing browser and ubb.t cache, and no dice.
I'm not sure if this is a "bug" or just a weird state I've found myself in? Any ideas?
Just yanking this one out again as the problem has resurfaced for me.
Previously I was with a shared host, and after opening a support ticket they apparently changed a setting with the server's configuration (no further details given) which seemed to fix the problem.
This time I've moved to a new, dedicated host. Post tracking in regular forums seems to be fine, but all sub-forums are showing everything as
new at the index level (refer to attached image in first post).
Any ideas as to why this is happening? I'm still on ver 7.1.
